with respect to its merchandise: including, but not limited
to the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose. Warranties, if any, are only provided
by the manufacturer.
Warranty items:
For any Land and Sky mattress warranty, please call Land
and Sky Manufacturing at 1.800.755.7667 and ask for customer
service. You will be responsible for the shipping fees
for returning the defective item.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return
any defective item. We will inspect the returned item
and either repair or replace the part if it is covered
by the manufacturer's warranty.
Non-warranty returns:
Any item returned for any reason other than warranty
must be unused, in the original packaging, and shipping
costs for the return paid by you within 30 days of order.
There will also be a restocking fee of 15% of the cost
